Welcome to Xharvoc Information Technology Private Limited (“Xharvoc,” “we,” “XIT,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Services	Website development, social media management, digital marketing, software development, IT consulting, and other digital services offered by Xharvoc
SLA	Service Level Agreement
Intellectual Property (IP)	Any designs, software, code, trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary information

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal authority to enter into agreements
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

Social Media Management
Digital Marketing Services
Software Development
IT Consulting
Graphic Design

Cloud Infrastructures

5. Payments & Billing

5.1 Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments will be charged based on the selected service package.

5.2 Late Payments

Failure to make payments within the due date will result in suspension of services.
A penalty of 1.5% per day will be applied to overdue invoices.

5.3 Taxes
All applicable taxes, including VAT, GST, or any local government taxes, will be charged extra and are non-refundable.

6. Termination of Services

Xharvoc reserves the right to terminate any services if:

Client violates these Terms
Any illegal activity is detected
Non-payment of invoices after repeated notices by any form of communication.

7. Intellectual Property

All custom software, code, design, and content developed by Xharvoc (“XIT”) will remain the property of Xharvoc unless agreed in writing.
Client will have a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their business purposes only.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the project.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Xharvoc be liable for:

Loss of revenue, business, or data
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the European Union GDPR Regulations.

11. Force Majeure

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure in service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or technical failures.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in India, Ireland, Estonia, Luxembourg, Italy and in Malta under the respective law.

13. Amendments

Xharvoc reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
